So you all called it! We are having a boy! Why is it that my hair is always wet in these pictures I post? I swear I do my hair! Anyway, it is a monsoon today which i took as a great sign since it was the same way on our wedding day. I have come to believe that it is going to pour on every momentous occasion in our lives and that Rob and i were not meant to celebrate big events outside. Still, no dreary weather could keep away the most amazing moment of our lives. Seeing our little guy up on the screen was the greatest thing ever. I immediately started crying when he flashed up there for the first time. We saw all his little toes and fingers (which were wiggling like he was practicing future scales) and he looks tall like his Daddy! I'm not even sure which picture we are holding up there but there is one that he is smiling in so I think he was happy we finally got to see him! We are so happy we can't stand it and we immediately started thinking of names that we will argue about for the next few weeks. We are going to a wedding this weekend so I'll post more updates on Sunday or Monday! Sadly to say, my gagging reflex has come back this week but only while brushing. the kids at school have taken a poll and most of them said we would have a girl so they are anxiously awaiting the results tomorrow! Our baby is active in the afternoon and started kicking up a storm during our basic math facts lesson the other day so that is why Rob was more inclined to think it was a boy. However the very next day the baby went crazy during a reading meeting so I had thought it would be a girl but either way, I think he'll be very well rounded in terms of his education.
