Merry Christmas!

"Be careful on the ice!" This phrase or some version of it is what I've been hearing the past few days from every woman who has ever had a child. Don't worry! I'm being careful and have people around me at all times if walking on the ice!
We are 30 weeks now and doing wonderfully! We enjoyed a great Christmas with our family and I ate waaaaayyyyy too much food! As you can see from the pictures above the brothers all were festive in Uncle Eddie sweater outfits or long red footed pajamas and had fun smoking 3 different meats all day for us to enjoy at our Christmas dinner. I haven't really watched my diet this week but who does!? Baby Boy Bergin actually did really well already for Christmas with some clothes, books and his very own first baby toolbox from Sarah and Ed. The best part was my nieces giving kisses and merry wishes to Baby Bergin. However, it was funny to have Mara walk in as I was rubbing my oil on my tummy because apparently after you knock on the door and I say, "Who is it", that means come in to a 3 year old. Anyway, she opens the door and finds me with my shirt up and says, "Whoa, your tummy's getting bigger, Baby Bergin will be here soon." Which is awesome b/c I still have 10 weeks to go and can only get bigger.
I've been moving non-stop each night with school and the holidays coming up but things have gone really well. I am able to keep going but love to crash around 10 if possible. We seem to be staying up later and later though. The kids at school have been really sweet. Parents brought up gifts apologizing in advance for their children picking them out but when I opened them up I realized how observant kids are and how much my class loves taking care of me. I received a watermelon with a bow around it, a fruit basket, a Chiefs sippy cup, and a cute trendy diaper bag!
We have a very full week planned with events and one of our first baby showers coming up! I'll keep the blog updated as we go along. Rob and I also have our baby classes starting after New Years and the painting on the nursery will begin! Everyone have a blessed and safe holiday!
