This awesome cake was made by my friend Pam! She also made baseball cupcakes that were delicious! Check out her blog at http://www.suitebonviveur.blogspot.com/
Mara and Reaghan working on their craft.
Harper getting help with her stickers.
Max starting his craft!
Carter helped pass out the craft!
Look at all the kids sitting so nicely for the story! I made sure it was a very short read!
I hung pictures on baseballs all throughout the house! I loved seeing all his pictures from throughout the year. This was also the coloring table with pictures of the Cardinals and Royals mascot.
It was a baseball themed party that centered around our split household. Guests wore their team baseball clothes and I'm happy to report that both teams were represented however, the Cardinals books was running out of room for guest signatures! Royals still have many blank lines. ;)The party was wonderful. I had been planning it for a long time and Rob was giving me the hardest time about being way to crazy about it. I had a book picked out, craft, everything baseball themed, even the invitation looked like a baseball playing card! I was so happy that everyone was able to come and enjoy the party and that it all went just like I had hoped. The kids actually sat through the story, kind of did the craft, and Carter got really messy with his cake! We had a ton of concession food like popcorn, cracker jacks, hot dogs, nachos, hamburgers, and peanuts. The only thing I wish I would have done was get pictures of everyone there and even though our house was maxed with just family I wish I could have invited everyone I know! Rob ended up having a great time and was a huge help in getting ready for the party and the clean up afterwards! I had a baseball trivia game for the guys at the party and for some reason they didn't play it. Weird. Rob and I played the trivia game the following night and had a lot of fun!
