Happy Birthday Carter!

Too much birthday fun wears me out!

After playing all morning, going to lunch, running errands, and donating my birthday books to Isabel's House (http://www.isabelshouse.org , and going to Mommy's McDonald's night and seeing her kids from school I was wiped out. It had been a long day but an awesome day as a family and I had so much fun on my first birthday!

They even brought me a dessert! But since I can't have sugar yet, or tiramasu, Mommy and Daddy ate it for me!

I am having so much fun at our fancy lunch!

For his birthday we had asked for book donations and we were very excited to take them to Isabel's House on his actual birthday. We are so very blessed with many things and wanted to give to others since Carter brings us so much happiness.

Here we are at our favorite restuarant The Argentina Steakhouse. We decided to go fancy this year b/c next year he'll be able to pick.




All of a sudden today he woke up and started using his sign language all on his own! Here he is signing 'more' for more carrots please!

We all got ready for our day!






Taking the day off of work on his birthday was the best decision that Rob and I made! We had an awesome day as a family! Mommy started the day by getting up just a few minutes before I was born so that she could make a latte, get me out of my crib, and take me to snuggle in bed with her and Daddy. We counted down till 7:37am and celebrated the moment I was born one year ago! We then had breakfast in bed!
